The "Bear"

Sad news Don Schlemmer passed away this weekend. For those of us who knew him he was the Bear . He was the long time coach of the Port Angeles team that played in stuffy .RIP Bear

Had many great trips over to PA.....Bear was a great ambassador to our sport, his unique coaching style.......he was well respected by all who had the pleasure of meeting him.

Is this the same " Bear " that used to pitch and coach the "Bumbiters" Fastball Team at Collingwood Park in Vancouver ?? If not..anyone know what happened to him??
