The Stoney Creek Scrappers men's 50+ fastball team are looking for a few 50+
players for the 2011 ISC 50+ Legends Tournament in Moline Illinois.
Players can be 49 as long as they turn 50 anytime during 2011.

Our pitching is confirmed, we are just looking for a few positional players to add to our team.

Stoney Creek Scrappers Men's 50+ Fastpitch

We are looking for one player to join us for the 2011 ISC 50+ Legends tournament August 18-20 in Moline Illinois.
We are interested in adding someone who meets the following criteria ................

- athletic, in good physical condition
- injury free
- good stick
- currently playing on a regular basis
- able to play in the infield except catcher & 1st base or play in the outfield
- must have good speed, someone that could be the DR when not playing a position.

Players can be 49 as long as they turn 50 anytime this year

Stoney Creek Scrappers - Looking for players for ISC Legends tourney

The Stoney Creek Scrappers master’s fastball team is looking to add 3 or 4 players to our roster
for the 2012 ISC 50+ Legends Tournament in Midland Michigan Aug 16-18 ( Thurs, Fri, Sat )
Players can be 49 as long as they turn 50 anytime during this calendar year.
Some of the pitchers from last year’s tournament included Peter Meredith, Al Rebling,
Barry Dalmasso, Brent Stevenson, Rick Barker, Wayne Wells and Darren Zack.
We faced the great Darren Zack and the defending Champions, Cobourg Force in the quarter finals
and lost 4-3, we had runners on 1st & 3rd with1 out in the bottom of the 7th but could not score.
We don’t have any big names like Zack on our roster, just a bunch of “Scrappy” players who play
hard, have fun on and off the field and support each other, great team chemistry, not attitudes, no egos etc.
All players play for the love of the game and pay for all of their own expenses.
Last year we had some international flavour on our team, most of players are from Ontario Canada,
we also had 1 American and 3 Kiwis.


We will be attending the World Masters Games in Torino Italy in 2013, can’t wait !

We are still looking for 1 outfielder and 1 utility infielder for the 2012 ISC 50+ Legends Tournament Aug. 16-18 in Midland Michigan.
All of our players are from Ontario except 1 who is from Alberta.

I know there are some great players in Western Canada and we want one of you ! We already have 2 players from the West confirmed for 2013, pitcher Rob Scheller from Saskatchewan and catcher/DP Kelly Wenstrom from Alberta.
We also have a couple former Toronto Gators players and one player from Michigan, the rest are all from Ontario.

We are looking for one outfielder to join us for the 2013 ISC 50+ Legends tournament August 15-17 in Moline Illinois.
We are interested in adding someone who meets the following criteria ................

- athletic, in good physical condition
- injury free
- good stick
- currently playing on a regular basis at a high level, able to hit good pitching
- natural outfielder
- must have good speed, arm etc.

Players can be 49 as long as they turn 50 anytime this year

We have an excellent bunch of players, great team chemistry and camaraderie
