NAFA Rules

For many years the #1 problem in men's fastpitch has been the credibility of the game.

Not only is fastpitch dwarfed by baseball and mistaken as only a "girl's game", it's also had a difficult time defining it's champions, both internationally and in lower recreational levels.

TIC has undertaken the task of assembling a list of teams and players into classifications that fit both NAFA standards and apply to provincial tournaments as well.

The project was undertaken following a request from Benjie Hedgecock, executive director of NAFA, regarding the classification of pitchers from BC.

TIC reached out to several persons familiar with the men's game in BC ( who wish to remain anonomous) and have assembled teams and players grouped into classifications "A", "B", "C", and "D".
